With anaesthetic for effective relief of painful sore throats
Strepsils Anaesthetic lozenges contain an effective anaesthetic to numb the pain associated with a medium to more troublesome sore throat.
The dual action formulation delivers rapid sore throat relief, combining a local anaesthetic * to numb the throat and two antibacterial agents** to help kill the bacteria which can cause sore throats and mouth infections.

Active Ingredients:
Lignocaine hydrochloride 10mg,
Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2mg,
Amylmetacresol 600ug.
Each lozenge contains Sucrose, Glucose and Saccharin.
Dosage: Strepsils Lozenges are suitable for adults and children over 6 years. Not suitable for children 6 years and under.
Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 hours as required.
No more than 8 lozenges to be sucked in any 24 hour period.
If symptoms persist for more than two days accompanied by fever, headache or nausea consult your doctor.
