Active Ingredients

Each daytime tablet contains: Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5mg, Paracetamol 500mg.

Each night-time tablet contains: Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5mg, Paracetamol 500mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg.

Directions for Use

1. Take daytime tablets during the day as directed on the pack.
2. Take night-time tablets at bedtime as directed on the pack.
3. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
4. Take with food or milk if stomach upset occurs.

Important Safety Information

• Do not use if you have already taken Paracetamol — this product contains Paracetamol. Taking more than the recommended amount can be dangerous.
• Do not use with other antihistamines.
• Do not drive or operate machinery after taking the night-time tablets — Chlorpheniramine may cause drowsiness.
• Not for children under 12 years.
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine.
• Phenylephrine may cause sleeplessness in some people — avoid taking daytime tablets close to bedtime.
• Pregnancy: Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant.
• Consult your doctor before use if you have: high blood pressure, a heart condition, or are taking antidepressants (including MAOIs).
• Drug Interactions: Do not take with other medicines containing Paracetamol, decongestants, or antihistamines. Consult your pharmacist or doctor if you are taking other medications.
• Overdose: Do not exceed the recommended dose. If more than the recommended amount of Paracetamol is taken, contact the National Poisons Centre (0800 POISON / 0800 764 766) or seek medical attention immediately, even if you feel well.
• Keep out of reach of children.
