Directions for Use

1. Place the wristband on each wrist with the plastic button facing downward.
2. Position the button three finger-widths up from the wrist crease, in the centre of the inner wrist.
3. Ensure the button applies firm pressure to the P6 acupressure point.
4. Wear on both wrists simultaneously for best results.
5. Put on bands before travel or at the onset of nausea for maximum effectiveness.
