Description
VISINE Advanced medication is the treatment of choice for allergic symptoms of eyes like redness, itching and drying.
Uses:
For the relief of redness of the eye due to minor eye irritations. For use as a protectant against further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye.
Formulation:
Tetrahydrozoline Hydrochloride 0.05%w/v (lubricants - macrogol 400 1.0% v/v, Dextran 70 0.1%w/v, Povidone 1.0%w/v), Benzalkonium chloride 0.01% w/v and disodium edetate 0.1% w/v, Sodium chloride 0.115%w/v, Boric acid (1.2%w/v)/Borax (0.057%w/v)
Dosage:
As directed by your Physician or put 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) up to 4 times daily.
Warnings:
When using VISINE Advanced please understand that overuse may cause more eye redness.
Remove contact lenses before using. Do not use if this solution changes colour or becomes cloudy. Do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination. Stop use and ask your physician if you feel eye pain, there are changes in vision, there is redness or irritation of the eye and your condition worsens or lasts for more than 72 hours.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
