Active Ingredients

Docusate Sodium 0.5% w/v in a water-miscible base containing glycerine and water.

Preservatives: Hydroxybenzoate esters 1.7mg/mL and Phenoxyethanol 4.3mg/mL.

Directions for Use

1. Night 1: Before going to bed, tilt your head to one side and fill the ear canal with Waxsol.
2. Place a cotton wool plug, moistened with Waxsol, in the ear to keep the drops in place.
3. Morning: Remove the cotton wool plug.
4. Night 2: Repeat the treatment the following night.
5. Unless the ear wax is unusually hard, the loosened wax should come out on its own, making ear syringing unnecessary.
6. If the problem persists after 2 doses, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Important Safety Information

• Do not use if your ear drum has been previously perforated.
• Do not use if your ear is sore, inflamed, or infected.
• Do not insert cotton buds or other instruments into the ear — the ear canal is delicate and easily damaged.
• Do not use after the expiry date shown on the label and carton.
