• Artemisia abrotanum (herb) tincture equiv. fresh – 28.3 mg
• Armoracia rusticana (root) tincture equiv. fresh – 16.6 mg
• Hypericum perforatum (herb) tincture equiv. fresh – 11.6 mg
• Urtica urens (herb) tincture equiv. fresh – 15 mg
• Arnica montana (flower) tincture equiv. dry – 2.3 mg
• Arnica montana (root) tincture equiv. dry – 200 mcg
• Hypericum perforatum (flower) oil extract equiv. fresh – 20 mg
• Arnica montana (flower) oil extract equiv. dry – 7.4 mg
• Capsicum fruit oleoresin (Capsaicin content 200 mcg) – 4 mg
• Cod-liver Oil – 100 mg
• Essential oils: Camphor Oil white 2 mg, Geranium Oil 500 mcg, Juniper Berry Oil 1 mg, Lemon Oil 700 mcg, Rosemary Oil 5 mg
• In a base of natural vegetable oils and beeswax. Contains ethanol.

Directions for Use

1. Adults and children: apply a small amount twice daily, or as directed by your health professional.
2. For best results, cover with a dressing after application.
3. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
4. Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight and strong-smelling substances.
